Creating your own LinkedIn profile is a simple process. First, go to the LinkedIn homepage. You will both have the option to log in if you already have an account, but also below it a button for those coming onto the platform for the first time.

Click on that button titled “New to LinkedIn? Join now”. Then you will be redirected to a screen where you’ll need to fill in a few simple details to create your LinkedIn profile – your email and your preferred password (it needs to be at least 6 characters long). After that, you’ll be asked to fill in your first and last name. And that should be it – just click on “Join now”. There’s an even easier way – from that first screen instead of filling out your email and password you can just directly connect your account to your existing Apple or Google profile and create it using credentials from those platforms.
